NOTIFICATION

G. S. R. 595(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) read with section 21 of the Central Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :—

1. Short title and commencement :—(1) Thtse rules may be called the Shipping Development Fund (Loans and other Financial Assistance) Rescission Rules, 1978.

(3) They, shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1979.

2. Rescission and saving ;—The Shipping Development Fund (Loans and other Financial Assistance) Rules, 1975 arp hereby rescinded,, except as res- pects things done or omitted to be done.
