ORDER
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S. O. 743(E)/ No. E(C)O. 1977/AM (83).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely .—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Forty-ninth Amendment
Order, 1978.
2. la the Exports (Control) Order, 1977
(i) in O. G. L. 4, the existing entry mgainst S. No. 5, shall be deleted,
(ii) in O. O. L. 3, the following shall be added after S. No. 70:—

"71.
(i) State Trading Corporation of
India Ltd; and
(ii) sugar factories themselves from
their own production".
