मि० सं० 602/3/ 75-डी०बी० के० मीमाशुल्क नथः केन्द्रीय उत्पादशल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र , असा धारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाणिन अधिसूचना स ० 52/ फा० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70 -प्र० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित मार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/ मा ०सू ० 1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशिन मारणी में एनद्वारा निम्न- लिखित संशोधन करती है:--
1. उपक्रमांक 1908 , 1909 , 1911 , 1912, 1916 और 1924 के अन्तर्गत वर्तमान " व्याख्या" के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित व्याख्या प्रति- स्थापित की जायगी, अर्थात:-
"व्याख्या:-यह निश्चित करने की दृष्टि से कि मामान का आयात अथवा उसकी निकासी, निर्यात की तारीख से ठीक पूर्ववर्ती बारह महीनों की अवधि के भीतर की गई है अथवा नहीं, घरेलू उपभोग के लिए आगम -पत्न दाखिल करने की तारीख ही आयात की तारीख होगी बशत सामान सीधा आयात किया गया हो और उसे सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम 1962 के अध्याय 9 के अन्तर्गत भाण्डागारों में रखा गया हो । राज्य व्यापार निगम द्वारा मुक्त किए गए सामान के मामले में सामान को छोड़ने के आदेश की तारीख को हिसाब में लिया जायगा । "
2. उपक्रमांक 3501 के अन्तर्गत निम्नलिखित "व्याख्या" जोड़ी
जायगी, अर्थात:-
"व्याख्या-यह निश्चित करने की दृष्टि से कि सामान का आयात, निर्यात की तारीख से ठीक पूर्ववर्ती बारह महीनों की अवधि के भीतर किया गया है अथवा नहीं, घरेलू उपभोग के लिए आगम- पत्त्र की नारीख ही आयात की तारीख होगी ।"

F. No. 602/3/ 78 -DBK.Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notifica- tion No. 52 /F . No. 602/ 2 / 70 - DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK /PN -1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time:-
I. For existing "Explanation " under sub - serial Nos . 1908 , 1909 , 1911 , 1912, 1916 and 1924 the following "Explana- tion" shall be substituted , namely :-
"Explanation. In order to determine whether the importation or release of material is within the period of 12 months immediately preceding the date of exportation , the date of filing the Bill of Entry for home consumption shall be the date of importation in the case materials imported directly and warehoused under Chapter IX of the Customs Act , 1962. The date of release order shall be taken into account in case of materials released by the State Trading Corporation" . be the date of importation ."
II . Under sub - serial No. 3501 , the following ' Explanation' shall be added , namely :-

20.20 रुपए (केवल बीम रुपए और बीम पैमे ) प्रति अश्वशक्ति ।
( iii ) 3 अश्वशक्ति से ऊपर और 5 अश्वशक्ति तक, जिसमें 5 अश्वशक्ति भी शामिल है ।

"टिप्पणी: प्रतिअदायगी की उपर्युक्त बरों में, प्रयुक्त पैकिंग सामग्री पर यदि कोई हो, प्रतिदायगी शामिल नहीं हैं । "
उपक्रमांक 2902 के अन्तर्गत उल्लिखित वैधता अवधि को " उपर्युक्त दरें 28-2-1979 तक वैध हैं" पढ़ा जाय ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना । जून 1976 के प्रथम वित. से लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

F. No. 602/ 3/ 78 - DBK. Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notifica- tion No. 52 /F . No. 602 /2 / 70- DBK, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK /PN - 1 , dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time :-
Under sub - serial No. 1121 , the following Note shall be inserted , namely :-
"Note. The above rate of drawback under sub - serial No. 1121 is exclusive of drawback on packing materials used , if any . "
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of June , 1978 .

मि० सं० 602/3/ 78-डीबीकेसीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 (भारत के राजपत्त, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा ०सं ० 602/ 2 / 70-प्र० अ ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार, समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित मार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी /सा ०सू० 1 , दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा. निम्न- लिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उपक्रमांक 1916 के परन्तुक ( ii ) में "दर 335/ रुपए (तीन सौ पैंतीस रुपए मात्त्र ) प्रति क्विंटल होगी " शब्दों और अंको के स्थान पर "दर 250 रुपए ( दो सौ पचास रुपए मात्न ) प्रति क्विंटल होगी " पढ़ें ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना जनवरी , 1979 के पहले दिन से लागू होगी ।

In proviso ( ii) to sub - serial No. 1916 , for the words and figures " the rate shall be Rs . 335 (Rupees three hundred and thirty- five only) per quintal , read "the rate shall be Rs. 250 ( Rupees two hundred and fifty only) per quintal " .
This Public Notice shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1979 .
