ORDER
New Delhi, the 30th December, 1978.
S.O. 749{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Imported Cement Control Order, 1978, namely ;—
1, (i) This Order may be called the Imported Cement Control (Sixth
Amendment) Order, 1978.
(ii) It shall come into force -with effect from 1st January, 1979.
2. In clause 6 of the Imported Cement Control Order, 197ft, for the figure
'.'408.86", the figure "412.30" shall b-3 substitute)!.
