New Delta, the 30th December, 1978
S.O. 750(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- lion 29-B of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O. 98(H)/IDRA/ 29B/73/1 dated the 16th February, 1973 namely —
In the said notification, in Schedule 1, Serial No. 481 and the entries relating
thereto shall be omitted.
