NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 30th December, 1978

S. O. 751(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec- tion 1 of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1968 (56 of 1968), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 1979, as trie date on which section 7 of the said Act shall come into force in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
