8.O. 752(E).—Tn partial modification of the Ministry of Health and Family
Welfare Notification No. P. 15011/34/76-PH(F&N) (II), dated the 8th February, 1978 published in Part II—Section 3—sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary under S.O. 81(E) dated the 8th February, 1978 on pages 175 to 176 and in pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 19.14 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri K. V. Nafiaraja, Scientist, Central Food Technological Research Institute to perform all or any of the functions of the Director of the Central Food Laboratory, Mysore, with effect from 1st January, 1979.
