S.O. 4(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Notifica- tion No. S.O. 284(E) dnted the 30tb June, 1975 :
In the said notification in column (1) of the Table, for the entry "Deputy General Manager (Admn.) Bharat Aluminium Company Ltd., Korba (Madhya Pradesh)" tbe entry, 'The Officer in charge of the Township at Korba Project of Bharat Aluminium Company Lid., Korba (Madhya Pradesh)" may be yubs- tituted.
