NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st January, 1979
S.O. 6(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of sec- tion 4, read with clause (e) of section 3 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973), the Central Government hereby appoints Shu Y. 1J. Sud to be an officer of Enforcement, with the designation of Special JDnecloi of Enlorcement for the purpose of enforcing Ihc provisions of the said Act; and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the said Act hereby empowers him to adjudicate cases of contravention of any of Ihc provisions! thereof [other than section 13, clause (a) of sub-section (1) of sec'iion IS :md clause (a) of sub-section ( 1) of section 19] or of any rule, direction or order made thereunder,
