ULA).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1J of Section 52 of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973) the Central Government hereby appoints Shri V. V. Vaze, a perma- nent officer of Grade I of the Central Legal Service in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs (Department of Legal Affairs) as a full-time Member of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Appel'ate Board for a further period of one month with effect from the forenoon of Ihe 1st January, 1979 or until the Central Government otherwise directs, whichever is earlier.
