(TOBACCO JNDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT CONTROL) S. O. 9 (E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (4) of section 4 of the To bacco Board Act, 1975 (4 of 1975) read with rule 4(1) of the Tobacco Board Rules, 1976, the Central Government hereby appoints the following as Members of the Tobacco Board with effect from 1st January, 1979 for a period of 3 years.
