S.O. 11(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Open General Licence No, 5/78 issued under ITC Order No. 11/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978.
2. For the date "31st March. 1979" appearing in the Condition No (ii)
of the above Order, the date "30th September, 1979" shall be substituted,
