ORDER
New Delhi, the 3rd January, 1979
S.O. 14(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of the Third Schedule, read with clause (c) of section 7 of the Delhi Road Transport Laws (Amendment) Act, 1971 (71 of 1971), the Central Government hereby directs that the conditions attached to the stage carriage permits which have been granted to tho Delhi Transport Corporation by the State Transport Authority, Delhi, find are valid within the whole or any part of the Union Territory under clauses (xii) & (xiii) of sub-section (3) of section 48 of tho Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 (4 of 1939) shall stand cancelled with immediate effect.
