No. 6O2/2/70--DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971) the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-I dated the 15th October, 1971.

No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India, Extra- ordinary, dited the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-l dated the 15th October, 1971. as amended from time to time :—

1. In the Column 'Rate of Drawback' against items (A)(e) (i), (A)(e)(iii) and item (C)(i)(a) of sub-serial No, 2502 for the existing entries the following shall he substituted namely :—

Rs. 35.10 (Rupees thirty five and paise ten only) per kg., Rs. 31.85 (Rupees thirty one and paise eighty five only) per kg. and Rs. 6.05 (Rupees six and paisc five only) per kg.

2, In the Column 'Rate of drawback' against items (C)(i) (e)(i), (C)(D(f )(i)and (C)(ii)(a) of sub-serial No. 2503 for the exist- ing entrios the following enries shall be substituted, namely :—

This Public Notice shall come into force with effoct from

the fourth day of January, 1979.
