G.S.R. 10(E).—In cxeicise of ihe powers conferred by sub-rule (I) of rule R of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amend- ment in the notification of the Go\eminent of Tndiu in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue nnd Insurance) No. 199/71-Central Excises, dated Ihe 11th December, 1971. namely : —
