उरकनरु पं ० 3822 बोर नत्मंत्री प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्न लिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा , प्रर्थात

परन्तु यह तब प्रबकि केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियम , 1944 के अन्तर्गत किरा कूट का दावा नहीं किया गया हो अथवा निर्यात केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क निश्न, 1944 के डावन्नों के मःतर्गत बंध पत्र के अधीन नहीं किया गया हो ।
यह नाजनिक सूचना प्रक्तूबर, 1978 के 2 हवें दिन को लागू हुई समझी जायेगी ।

F. No. 602/1 /79 -DBK .---Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52 / F. No. 602/2 /70- DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra- ordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the CentralGovern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN - 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time :-
For sub - serial No. 3822 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-

तथा केन्द्रीय मि०सं ० 602/ 1/ 79-डी० श्री ० के ० सीमा शुल्क उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभवःयती नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्त, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 प्रगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा० सं० 602/2/ 70-प्र०८०) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार मनय- समय पर यथा-संशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिभवायगी/ सा० सू० 1, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उपक्रमांक 3702 भौर तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात
उपक्रमांक मान का विवरण 3702 जिंक उत्पाद जो मन्यत्त मषिनिदिष्ट प्रतिअदायगी की दर 4.80 रु० ( केवल चार रुपये भौर अस्सी पैसे ) प्रति किलो-
ग्राम ।
परन्तु यह तथ, जबकि केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क नियम, 1944 के अधीन रिबेड का कोई दावा नहीं किया गया हो अथवा निर्यात केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क नियम, 1944 के उपबन्धों के अन्तर्गत बम्ध पक्ष के अधीन नहीं किया गया हो ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 25 अक्तूबर, 1978 को सागू हुई समती आयेगी ।

15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधम करती है:-

11.40 रु ० ( केवल ग्यारह रुपये और चालीस पैसे) प्रति किलो प्राम ।
( ख ) ऊपर ( क ) में उल्लिखित वस्तुओं मे भिन्न
10.70 रु ० ( केवल वस रुपये और मत्तर पैसे) प्रति किलो ग्राम ।
परन्त यह तब , जबकि केन्द्रीय उत्पादनशुल्क नियम, 1944 के अधीन नाना खण्डों पर किमी रिवेट का दावा नहीं किया गया हो अथवा निर्यात केन्द्रीय उत्पावनशुल्क नियम, 1944 के उपबन्धों के भन्तर्गत, बन्ध पत्त्र के अधीन नहीं किया गया हो ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना अक्तूबर, 1978 के 25 वें दिन को लागू हुई समझी जायेगी ।
