S-O. 17(L).—In exercise of the powers conferred hy Section 3 of the Impoits mid Export, (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the tuilowing amendments io the Open General Licence No. 1/78, pub- lished vide I I'C Cnlei- No. 7/7M, dated 3rd April, 1978 and No. 2/78 published vide 1TC Order No. 8/7H, daled 3rd April, 1978 :—
(.1) In condition No. (8) of OGL No. 1/78, the following may be added
;it the end :—
"or shipped on or belorc 31st March, 1980 against a firm contract entered into and registered with a foreign exchange dealer (Bank) on or before 28th February, 1979";
(2) In OGI. No. 2/78, the following may be added at the end of condi- tion No. (iv) :—
"or shipped un or bcfoie 3Jst March, 1980 against a firm contract entered into and registered with a foreign exchange dealer (Bank) on or before 2Kth February, 1979;"
