F. No. IPC/43/4/78.—Attention is invited to pa™ 67-A (Chapter 10) and Appendix 33 of the Import Policy, 1978-79.
2 On a review of the position, it has been decided, in supersession of the Public Notice No. 69-ITC(PN)/78, dated the 28th September, 1978, thut with, effect from l?t January, 1979 e.igiblc Actunl Users will register their require- ments with the MMTC directly. The Hindustan Copper Limited will separately draw up a distribution list of the quantity of copper availahle with them, giving the names of the Actual Users to whom they will suppiv copper anil the quantity to be supplied to each accordingly. The list will be sent by Hindustan Copper I imited to MMTC at the start of each month. In the case of units appearing in this list, the MMTC will supply only the balance quantity.
