Subject : Expert of De-oiled groundnut cake; (extractions) daring 1979 [F. No. 38/(l)/79-E-II)]—Attention is invitid to Exports (Control) Amendment Order No. 12. (EC)O 1977/AM (88) dated the 8th January, 1979 published in tho Gazette of India Extraordinary, on the above subject.
2. On a /cview of the situation it has been decided to canalise the export of de-oiled groundnut cakes (extractions) through the State Trading Corporation under OOL-4. This will not affect the quota released for 197S exports through Groundnut Extractions Export Development Association, for which extension of time has been given upto 28-2-1979 for shipment purposes.
3. The following amendments shall be made in the Export Policy 1978-1979.
