EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S. O. 20 (E). No. E. (C)O, I977/AM/(88).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section J of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947) fhe Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Export (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. Tnls Order may be called the Exports (Control) Fifth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL-4, the following Item
shall be added after S. No. 28.
