S.O. 25(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 2 of the Foreign wards (Recognition and Enforcement) Act, 1961 (45 of 1961), the Central Government being satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made, hereby dwlares Republic of Korea to be territories to which the Convention set forth in tho Schedule to the said Act, applies.
