सं० प्रतिअदायगी/सा ० सु ० 10/79. मीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन गुरुक प्रतिभदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपक्ष , प्रसाधारण, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा ० सं ० 602/2/ 79-प्र ० प्र० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिभदायगी सा ०सू ० 1 , विनांक 15 अक्तूबर , 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
उपक्रमांक 4002 की मव ( ख) की उप-मद ( iii ) और तत्संबन्धी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्
प्रतिअवायगी की वर माल का विवरण
3 रु० ( केवल तीन रुपये ) (iii) 80 प्रतिशत से अधिक एल्यूमीनियम वाली एल्यूमीनियम मिश्र धातु से निर्मित प्रति किलोग्राम
पूजें (जिनमें सम्पूर्ण पिस्टन शामिल हैं ) ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचमा जनवरी 1979 के 18वें दिन से लागू होगी ।

PUBLIC NOTICE
No. DRAWBACK/PN - 10/ 79 . Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/ 2/ 70 -DBK, published in the Gazette of India Extra -ordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN- 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 as amended from time to time :-
For Sub- item ( iii ) of item (B) of Sub- Serial No. 4002 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
Description of goods
Rate of drawback
Rs . 3 (Rupees three only) per kg .
(iii) Parts made of aluminium alloy consisting of more than 80 % of aluminium (including com- plete pistons).
This Public Notice shell come into force on the 18th day of January, 1979.

सं० प्रतिभ्रदायगी/सा ० सू० 11/79. सोमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पावन शुल्क प्रतिभवायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपक्ष , असाधारण , विर्नाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/फा० सं ० 602/2/ 70-प्र ० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन , केन्द्रीय सरकार समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिश्रवायगी/सा ० सू ० 1, विनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्मलिखित संशोधन करती है
1. 'प्रतिअदायगी की दर' स्तम्भ में उप-क्रमांक 2702 के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।
"पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 3.5 प्रतिशत ( केवल तीन दशमलब पांच प्रतिशत)"
2. 'प्रतिअदायगी की वर' स्तम्भ में उप-क्रमांक 2730 की म៥ ( i ) की उप- मव ( क) और ( ख) के सामने उल्लिखित शब्दों और अंकों" "पोत पर्यम्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 1.5 प्रतिशत ( केवल एक दशमलव पांच प्रतिशत ) " के स्थान पर" " पोत पर्यग्स निःशुल्क मूल्य का 2.5 प्रतिशत ( केवल दो वशमलव पांच प्रतिशत ) " राग्व और अंक पढ़ें ।
3. 'प्रतिभवायगी की दर स्तम्भ में उपक्रमांक 2731 के सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा,
"पोत पर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 3.5 प्रतिशत ( केवल तीन वशमलव पांच प्रतिशत)"

No. DRAWBACK/PN - 11 / 97- Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No . 602/ 2/70 -DBK published in the Gazette of India , Extra- ordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/ PN - 1 dated the 15th October, 1971 , as amend from time to time :
1. In the column ' Rate of drawback' against sub-serial No. 2702, for the existing entries, the following shall be substi- tuted :-
"3.5% (Three point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. value" . 2. In the column ' Rate of drawback against sub - item (a) &(b) of item ( i) of sub -serial No. 2730 for the words and figures "1.5% (One point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. value" read "2.5% (Two point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. value" .
3. In the column ' Rate of drawback against sub-serial No. 2731, for the existing entries , the following shall be substi- tuted, namely :-
"3.5% (Three point five per cent only) of the f.o.b. value" .

"(v) एल्युमीनियम पन्नी , यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की हो, के प्रति किलो ग्राम पर 8.80 रु ० ( केवल आठ रुपये प्रस्सी पैसे) "
यह सार्वजनिक सूजना मार्च , 1979 के छठे दिन को लाग होगी ।

1. उप-क्रमांक 2513 और तत्संबन्धी प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित उप-क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्त.स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

उप क्रम सं० 3808 में तांबा अंतर्वस्तु के लिए यथा विनि- विष्ट दरें बशर्ते कि उसमें
उल्लिखित शर्तें पूरी होती हों ।
2. उप-क्रर्माक 3831 ौर तत्संबन्धी प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित उप-क्रमांक और प्रविष्टियां अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

उप-क्रम सं ० 3808 में तांबा अंतर्वस्तु के लिए यथा विनि- दिष्ट दरें बशर्ते कि उसमें उल्लिखित शर्तें पूरी होती हों ।
3822 मुख्यतः तकि से बनी कृत्रिम जरी की कढ़ाई की सामग्री ( जिसमें कृत्रिम जरी का धागा या तिल्ले की तार का धागा शामिल नहीं है) जैसे बावला, अलक , सलमा, टिक्का, कांगड़ी, स्टार रिंग, कटोरी भावि ।
उपर्युक्त वस्तुओं के सम्बन्ध में अलग-अलग निर्माता/निर्यातकर्ता के लिए नियत सभी ब्रांड दरें इस सार्वजनिक सूचना के लागू होने से वापस ले ली गयी समझी जाएंगी ।

3822 Imitation Zari embroidery materials mainly made of cop- per (excluding imitation zari thread or Tilla wire Thread) such as Badla , Chalak , Salma , Tikka , Kangari , Star , Ring , Kotori etc.
All brand rates fixed for individual manufacturer/ exporter in respect of the above goods will stand withdrawn with the coming into effect of this Public Notice .
