Sub. : Export of Jaggery (Gur) to Nepal during 1978-79.
F. No. 18/1/78-EL—Attention is invited to the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 79-ETC(PN)/78 dated 22nd December, 1978, and Amend- ment Order No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(89) dated 15-1-79, laying down the export policy of Jaggery (Our).
2. It has been decided that export of Jaggery (GUT) will be allowed under O.G.L- 3 to all permissible destinations. Accordingly, the export policy of Jaggety (Gur) announced vide Public Notice No. 79-ETC(PN)//8 dated 22nd December, 1978, read with Export Polky 1978-79, shall be amended to read as under :—
