ORDER

New Delhi, the 15th Jnnuary, 1979

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

SO. 30(E) No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(89).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to nraend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Sixth Amendment

Order, 1979.

2. In the Exports

in Col. 4 against S, No, 69, shall be substituted as under :—

'Export allowed to all permissible destinations."
