In exorcise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (.Control) Act, 1947 ( is of 1947), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendment to Open General Licence, No. 5/78, issued under l.T.C. Older, No. 11/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978, as amended from time to time.
2. In the Schedule to the said Open General Licence, the entry "36-A. Soda
A;th" shall he deleted.
