Subject :—Export Policy of Mulberry Silk Waste including cleaned and deguin-
med silk waste of South Indian origin.
[File No. 2/1/78-EI].—Attention is invited to the export policy of mulberry •ilk waste including cleaned and degummed silk waste of South Indian origin 85 indicated fa remark No. (ii) under column 3 against S, No. 62 (c) at page 25 of the Export Policy, 1978-79, published under the Department of Com- merce Public Notice No. 17-ETC(PN)/78 dated the 3rd April, 1978.
2, On a review of the position, it has been decided that the following pro-
viso shall be added at the end of the said remark No. (ii) :—
"Provided, however, that the supplier may supply 30 kg. of mulberry silk waste to Government Spun Silk Mills, in lieu of 15 kg. of processed silk waste In order to get the same export entitlement a" above."
