EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

ORDER

New Delhi, ihe 16th January, 1979

S.O. 34(E). No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(92).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes trie following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :•—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Ninth Amendment

Order, 1979.

2. In Part 'A¹ Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Ordsr, 1977, the existing entry against S. No. 5 shall be substituted by the following ;—

"5. Wheat".

3. In part lfl' Schedule I to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, the existing entry against S, N". W shnll b; substituted by ih; follow- ing :—
