New Delhi, the 19th January, 1979

S. O. 4S(E).—la exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-sec- tion (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation; Act, 195J 4.65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the followine amend- ments in the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S. O, 37J(EJ dated the 22nd July, 1975, namely i—

In the said Order, in paragraph 1, for the portion beginning with the words "a body of persons (hereinafter referred to as the authorised person)" and ending with the words "Director, Drugs Control, Government of West Bengal" the words "the Secretary, Closed and Sick Industries Department. Government of West Bengal" shall be substituted.
