No. 28/2/79-EI:— Attention is invited to Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 2-BTC(PN)/78 dated 4-1-78, No. 5-BTC (PN)/78 datec1 24-1-78, No. 38-6TC(PN)/7K dated 9-6-78, No. 48-ETC CPN)/78 dated 29-7-78, No. 50-HTC(PN) /78 dated 2-8-78 and exports (Control) Amendment Order No. JE(C)O I977/AM(93) dated 20th January, 1979 on the above subject.
?. On a review i f the situatioo, in supersession of the instruction contained in the aforesaid Public Notices regarding Turmeric (including Allepey turmeric), it has been decided that exporl of Turmeric in all formr will be allowed under OGL. 3 to all permissible destinations. Therefore the following amendments will be made in Export Policy, 1978-79 at the appropriate phco as indicated below:—
