EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 48(E)/No. E(QO. 1977/AM(93):-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Contiol) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Bxports (Control) Tenth Amendment Order,

1979.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in OGL.3, the iollowng shall be added
