G.SJR.37(E).—In exercise of the poweiy conferred by clause (a) of section 2 of the Extradition Act, 1962 (34 of 1962), the Central Government hereby adds with effect from the 1st day of February, 1979, the following commonwealth country to the First Schedule to (he said Act, namely :
"Fiji".

G.S.R. 38(E).—In exercise of Ihe powers conferred by clause (b) of nub- section (1) of section 3 of the Extradition Act, 1962 (34 of 1962), the Central Government hereby diiecls thai the provisions qf Ihe said Act, other than Chapter III, shail apply to Fiji with effect from the 1st day of February, 1979.
