EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Sub:—Export of Sugar during the year 1979.
F. No. 28/24/78/EL—Attention is invited to the Department of Commerce
Public Notice No. 81-ETC(PN)/78 dated 28-12-78 on the above subject.
On a review of the position, it has been decided to allow Sugar factories to regis- ter their contracts for the export of sugar with State Trading Corporation of India Ltd., upto 28th February, 1979, Accordingly, the following amendment shall be made at the appropriate place in the Export Policy for April 78—March 79.
