I(LA).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 52 of ilic Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973) tlie Central Government hereby appoints Shri V. V. Vaze, a permanent Officer of Guide I of the Central Legal Service in the Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Atlahs, Department of Legal Affairs, as a full time member of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board, with effect from the foronoon of the 1st January, 1979, and until further orders.
