S.O. 52(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of (he Imports and Exports Trade (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the Open General Licence No. 7/78, published vicle 1TC Order No. 13/78, dated 3-4-1978 :—
In condiiion No. (v) of the OGL, the following shall be added at the
end :—
"or, in (he casw of equipment, shipped on or before 31-3-1980 against a firm contract entered into and registered with a foreign exchange dealer (Bant) on or before 28-2-1979;".
