Subject : Export of Cummin Seeds—In all forms.
File No. 28/3/79/E-L—Attention is invited to Dcpaitment of Commerce Public Notices No. 2-ETC (PN)78 dated 4-1-78, No. 38-ETC (PN)/78 dated 9-6-78 and No. 53-ETC (PN)/78 dated 7-8-78 and Exports (Control) Amendment Order No. (EC)O) 1977/AM (94) dated 25th January, 1979, on the above subject.
2. On a review of the position and in supersession of the institutions contained in the aforesaid Public Notices regarding Cummin Seeds, it has been decided that export of cummin seeds-in all forms, will be allowed under OGL-3 to all permissible destinations Accordingly, the following amendments will be made in the Export Policy, foe Aoril 1978—March 1979 at the anoromiate olace. as indicated below : —
