ORDER

Now Delhi, the 27th January, 1979

S.O. 54(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub- section (1) of Section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of In- dustry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 59(KE) dated the 9th October, 1978 namely :~

In the said Order, in the fourth paragraph, under the heading "Members",

for the entry against Serial No. 3, following shall be substituted namely :—

"Shri D, P. Maheshwari, Special Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar,

"Patna."
