ORDER
New Delhi, the 27th January, 1979
S.O. 55(E)/15/IDRA/79.—Whereas the industrial undertaking known as Messrs New Jehangir Vakil Mills Limited, Bhavnagar is engaged in a scheduled industry, namely, Cotton Textile Industry;
And, whereas, tho Central Government is of the opinion that the said industrial undertaking is being managed in a manner highly detrimental to tho scheduled industry and to public interest;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby, appoints, for the purpose of making a full and complete investigation into the circumstances of the case, a body of persons consisting of—

The above body shall submit its report within a period of four weeks from the date
of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette.
