PUBLIC NOTICE
No. DRAWBACK/PN-14/79 — Under rule 4 of the Customs
and Contral Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification
No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—
Extraordinary, dated the 25th August 1971), The Central Gov-
ernment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table
Published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated
the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time :—
1. In the Column 'Rate of Drawback' against Sub-Serial
No. 4603 for the existing entries, the following shall be substi-
tuted,

with effect from 18-1-1979 Rs. 3.60 (Rupees three and paise
sixty only) per kg."
2. In the Column 'Rate of Prawback' for item (ii) against Sub-Serial No. 4601 for the existing entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :
"with effect from 1-6-1978 to 17-1-1979 Rs. 4.60 (Rupees four
and paise sixty only) per kg.
with effect from 18-1-1979 Rs. 3.00 (Rupees three only) per
kg."
PUBLIC NOTICE
No. DRAWBACK/PN-15/79.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time.
For the existing item (i) of sub-serial No. 3823 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely :—• (i) Pressure Cooker w.e.f. 18-1-79 to 5-3.79 Rs. Complete made of 5.55 (Rupee five and paise aluminium. fifty-five only) per kg.
