New Delhi, the 31st January, 1979

No. ni-14011 /49/78-NE. II.—In pursuance of proviso to sub-section 0) of Section 3 of the North Eastern Council Act, 1971 (84 of 1971), the President is pleased to nominate the Chief Secretary, Mizorum to represent the Union Territory of Mizoram on the North Eastern Council for so long as there is no Council of Ministers in Mizoram.
