PUBLIC NOTICE NO.15-ETC(PN)/79 New Delhi, the 1st February, 1979
SUBJECT:—Export of "Flue-cured Virginia, Sun-cured Virginia, Sun-cured 'Natu' (Country) and Sun-cuied Jutiy Tobacco"- Fixation of minimum prices of various grades for the Crops of 1977,1978 and 1979.
[File No. 20(l)/79-EIl].—Attention is invited to Export Trade Control Public Notice No, 7-ETC(PN)/78 dated the 28th January, 1978 on the above subject.
2. It has been decided that with immediate effect, export of different grades of Flue-cured Virginia, Sun-cured Virginia, Sun-cured 'Natu' (Country) and Sun-cured Jutty Tobacco will be allowed only subject to the minimum F.O.B. prices set down in the Anncxures I to III to this Pablic Notic •, until farther orders. Grades not specified therein will be free from such minimum export price restrictions.
