[V. No. IPC/3/15/78/pt.].—Attention is invited to the Import Policy, ly7K-79 published under the Department of Commerce Public Notice No. 22-1TC (PN)/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978 as nmcnJed from time to time.
2. On a review of the situation, it has been decided to delete Entry No. 260 "PVC Resins" from Appendix 5 of the Imporl Policy, 1978-79. (Accordingly imports of PVC Kesins can be made by Actual Users (Industrial) under Open/General Licence vide Item No. 1 in Appendix 10 of the stud policy, subject to the conditions laid down therein.).
