NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd February. 1979G.S.R.5/(E).Insurance of issue 3 of the Fertiliser (Contro1 ) Order, 1957, the Central Government hereby fixes, with immediate effect, the price specified in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the maximum puce per tonne at which the fertiliser specified in the corresponding entry in column (1) of the said Schedule and conforming to the specifications for the same fertiliser given in Schedule I of the said Order, shall be sold to the tea, coffee and rubber plantations or to the culti- vators. 1157 GI/7S (115)
