ORDER
New Delhi, the 2nd February, 1979
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 64(E)/No. E(C) O, 1977/AM(95).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Twelfth Amendment
Order, 1979.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in Part 'B', Schedule I, the existing entry appearing against S. No. 45(vii) will be amended to read as under :—
"Barytes dumps and powder) other tham white/snow-white baryles".
