NOTIFICATION New Delhi, (he 3rd February. 1979
S.O. 67(E)/No. 6/79.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-clause (2) of Clause 10 of the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, as amended, and Sub- clau* (2) of Clause 12 of the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, as amended, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Notifica- tion No, 4t/78, dated the 31st March, 1978, issued b> tht Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce, Civil Supplies and Cooperation (Import & Export Trade Control), constituting the authorities for the purpose of hearing appeals against action taken under Clause 8(1) or 8A or 9(1) of the Imports (Control) Order, 1955, as amended, and action taken under Clause 7 or 8 or 11(1) of the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, as amended, namely:—
"In item No. (i) of the said Notification after the words reading "or Additional Chief Controller of Imports & Exports," the words "or Export Commissioner" shall be inserted."
