स०० रु।०नि० 63 (अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार , एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार अधिनियम , 1969 ( 1969 का 54) की धारा 8 के साथ पठित द्वारा 67 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारिवृन्द के सदस्यों की भर्ती ) नियम , 1974 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारिवृन्द के सदस्यों की भतीं ) ( संशोधन ) नियम , 1979 है ।
(2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारिवृन्द के सदस्यों की भर्ती ) नियम , 1974 की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 28 के पश्चात् निम्न- लिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां श्रन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:--

NOTIFICATION
GSR 63 ( E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 read with section 8 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission ( Recruitment of Members of Staff) Rules , 1974, nemely :
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (Recruitment of Members of Staff ) (Amendment) Rules , 1979 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission ( Recruitment of Members of Staff ) Rules , 1974, after serial number 28 , the following serial number and entries shall be inserted , namely :
