ORDER

New Delhi, the 5th February, 1979

S.O. 70(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 840(E)/]8A/lDRA/77 dated the 15th December, 1977, namely :—

In the said Older :—

(i) for the existing entry 5, the following entry shall be substituted,

namely :—

"5. Shri M. Varadanijnn, Joint Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Fertilisers, New Delhi."

(ii) after entry 6, the following entry shall be inserted, namely ;—

"7. Dr. S. Ramachandran,

Executive Director, Bengal Immunity Company Limited, 153, Lenin Saranee, Caicutta-700013."
