New Delhi, the 5th February, 1979.
S.O, 71 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by tub-section (1) of lection 18 read with sub-section (1) of section 115 of the Gold (Control) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), I, M. Ramachandran, the Administrator, hereby autho- rise the India Government Mint being a licensed refiner to manufacture primary gold in the form of granules of weight ranging from 1 to 9 gms, and having a purity of 995 per mille for the purpose of meeting the repayment requirement of the National Defence Gold Bonds, 1980.
