ORDER
New Delhi, the 5th February, 1979
S.O, 72(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11, read with
section 29, 40 and sub-section (1) of section 115 of the Gold (Control} Act, 1968 (45 of 196N), I, M. Ramachandran, Administrator, hereby authorise—-
(a) every licenced detiler to manufacture or to get manufactured from a certified goldsmith an article subject to the following conditions, namely ; —
(i) such article shall be exported out of India: and
(ii) it shall be sold within the country without Ihe specific authori-
sation from the Gold Control Administrator ;
(b) every certified goldsmith to manufacture on and behalf of such
licensed dealer such article.
