S.O. 73(F.).—Jn exercise of the powers conferred by clau'e In") of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, fi2 of 1462), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments m the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 75/75 dated the 3id July. 1975 (12lh Asndha, 1897 Sain), namely .-—
In (he Tnble annexed to the snid notification, against Serial No. 2, in column
3, in iiem (by—
(1) in Mub-itcm fii). the word "and" occuri-ing at the end shall be omitted ;
(2) ufter sub-item (iii), the following sub-item shall be inserted, namely :—
"(iv) live animals namely sheep and gonl".
