SR.O. J (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of aectlon 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act, 1947 (15 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares every service forming part of, or connected with, the generation, supply, operation, and maintenance of electricity and running of generation stations and sub-stations in the State of Bihar to be u service of vital importance lo the community.
